Buka aplikasi PajakPas
Open the PajakPas app
Buka aplikasi dan pastikan Anda sudah masuk ke akun Anda.
Launch the app and make sure you are signed in to your account.
Buka Profil
Go to Profile
Ketuk tab Profil di bilah navigasi bawah.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Ketuk "Hapus Akun"
Tap "Delete Account"
Gulir ke bawah untuk menemukan opsi Hapus Akun di bagian Data.
Scroll down to find the Delete Account option in the Data section.
Konfirmasi penghapusan
Confirm deletion
Ketik DELETE di kolom konfirmasi dan ketuk Hapus Selamanya.
Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete Forever.

What data is deleted
Ketika Anda menghapus akun, data berikut akan dihapus secara permanen:
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profil pengguna Anda (nama, email, nomor telepon)
- Your user profile (name, email, phone number)
- Semua kendaraan terdaftar dan detailnya
- All registered vehicles and their details
- Semua catatan dan riwayat pembayaran pajak
- All tax payment records and history
- Semua pengaturan dan jadwal notifikasi
- All notification settings and schedules
- Kredensial autentikasi Anda
- Your authentication credentials
Penyimpanan data
Data retention
Semua data dihapus segera setelah penghapusan akun. Tidak ada masa pemulihan — setelah dihapus, data Anda tidak dapat dipulihkan.
All data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. There is no recovery period — once deleted, your data cannot be restored.
